Q: When is Check in and checkout times?
A: Check-in is 4pm, Checkout is 10am.

Q: Will I need to meet the host to get entry?
A: This is a contactless experience. You will be provided a digital key code for entry

Q: What is the parking situation?
A: Our home is located in a quiet cul-de sac. The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and there is additional parking in front of the property.

Q: Can I have an early check-in?
A: We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in if there isn't a same day checkout.

Q: Can I invite outside guests?
A: No outside guests are allowed to visit.

Q: Is your area safe?
A: Yes, the house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. The home is fully gated with outdoor security cameras.

Q: Can I organize a party?
A: Our home is not intended for parties, weddings, and mass gatherings past 10 people. You are welcome to enjoy activities indoors, and respect outdoor quiet times. If any un-authorized large party gatherings occur with noise violations, we will ask your entire party to leave immediately and cancel the reservation. $1000 fine

Q: Do you provide towels, soap, shampoo, detergent?
A:Yes, each registered guests will have their own bath and pool towel. We provide soap, shampoo, , conditioner, dish and laundry detergents.

Q: Is the pool and spa heated?
A: Yes, pool heater is available for $150 per day fee. Hot tub is $50 per day. In the summer months, the heater is not necessary as the pool is usually around 90 degrees from the sun.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Generally we do not, but exceptions can be made. Please message us.

The manager and co host is always available to help. Best to reach out through the messaging system first but I will send her number if you need to reach out for more urgent matters.

Other things to note

This is a new street so the exact address may not come up on mobile map apps. We will give you the exact address before you check in. Please do not bother the neighbors about your stay. We will give you a smart lock code so you can check in yourself at a convenient time for you.
No speaker boxes are allowed in the backyard. No amplified music of any kind.
No extra visitors allowed.
